The board of the Cottonwood Park West HOA meet once a month to discuss happenings in the neighborhood, maintainence issues, comments and complaints. Anyone is welcome to attend the HOA meetings. During these meetings, many topics come up, but some are discussed more than others.
If you have questions, comments or feel you could add value to any of these discussions, please send an email to the General Manager so the next meeting adgenda can be adjusted to allow time for your comments. Thanks!
We currently have two board member openings and if you are interested in joining the board and adding your talent to help our neighborhood please contact the General Manager.
Cottonwood Park West Homeowners Association Board Members
Nicholas Whitaker - President
Nicholas and his wife Bex moved to Colorado from Brooklyn, NY. where they met and fell in love. After 13 and 8 years respectively, they packed up their lives and their 15 year old cat, and moved West for the natural beauty and wellness lifestyles of the Colorado Front Range; landing temporarily in Boulder, while they looked for a more permanent home.
When an opportunity in Niwot opened up, they jumped at the chance to live closer to their friends, and the smaller town charm that Niwot has to offer.
Nicholas joined the board shortly after moving to Niwot, and looks forward to being an active contributor in the community, hiking the many trails, and getting to know the neighbors. You can find out more about Nicholas and his work at nicholaswhitaker.com
