Cottonwood Park West is a 137-home development constructed between the mid-1970's and early 1980's. The homes are located adjacent to the Niwot Historic Downtown District with close proximity to shopping, restaurants and the post office. Public transportation is a short walk away on Hwy 119 (Longmont Diagonal). Large trees abound in our neighborhood, giving the grounds an established presence. Most of the homes are one-story ranch-style (many with basements) on modest-sized lots.
The Cottonwood Park West HOA is a non-profit organization aimed at improving and maintaining the grounds of the Cottonwood Park West subdivision in Niwot Colorado.
Niwot is a small, historic Front Range town in unincorporated Boulder County. Many family events provide the approximately 4,000 people living in the Niwot area a sense of community and small-town feeling.
