Cottonwood Park West is a 137-home development constructed between the mid 1970's and early 1980's. The homes are located adjacent to the Niwot Historic Downtown District with close proximity to shopping, restaurants and the post office. Public transportation is a short walk away on Rte 119. Large trees are abound in our neighborhood, giving the grounds an established presence. Most of the homes are one-story ranch-style (many with basements) on modest-sized lots.
Niwot is a small, historical Front Range town with a very active business association. Many family events provide the approximately 4,000 people living in Niwot proper a sense of community and small-town feeling.
The Cottonwood Park West HOA is a non-profit organization aimed at improving and maintaining the grounds of the Cottonwood Park West subdivision in Niwot Colorado.
